Our journey started in 2018 where we went in with the vision to help create a world where everyone has equal access to healthcare and can reach their full health potential. Our vision for healthcare is one that is driven by information, powered by technology, and accessible to everyone.
During the Covid-19 pandemic, we saw how the disease impacted our society. Lockdowns reduced mobility and deteriorated the health of the population. We then focused our mission on ensuring access to Covid testing was quick, affordable and reliable. We’ve worked with over 300,000 customers; helping them to access antigen tests, PCR tests and fit to fly certificates for air travel. DocHQ holds a 4.8 star rating on Trustpilot with a strong connection to our customers through our incredible customer service team. We knew that Covid was a temporary problem and we’ve been preparing for other issues in healthcare so that we can support for our customers and insurance providers. Our team helped us deliver an AI tool focused on fitness and physiotherapy, designed to allow users to perform exercises accurately and effectively from the comfort of their own homes.
Our latest development are a range of supplements that have been specifically designed to support our customers long-term and short-term health in a convenient, cost-effective and nutritious blend of ingredients. The vision for DocHQ’s range of supplements was inspired by research on the long-term health effects of Covid-19. We sought a solution to the impact of micro blood clots caused by the virus, which have been linked to an autoimmune response.
We discovered a range of ingredients to help offer a solution but wanted to make it as easy as possible for everyone to enjoy the benefits. Our answer was to expertly formulate optimal amounts of these key ingredients into a specialised formula with additional targeted health solutions.
Our CEO, Madhur Srivastava wants to foster a workforce that aims to improve access to healthcare and spread educational advice on how we can be looking after our minds and bodies. Currently, he follows a hybrid working routine, spending a portion of his week at our head office in Worcester and the rest of his week working from home so that he can spend more time with his wife Silva, the tech lead at DocHQ and their daughter Hope.
